OP, please don't do that again.There is lots of information available on refurbishing your front end. Climbing under the car only supported by a regular side of the road jack and essentially pulling the car forward isn't included in the instructions.

I remember a pic where the guy was under a car tilted to one side on 2 wheels supported by a 2x4. The pic was in a series of "nominations for the Darwin Award".
