Been mildly frustrating. Had it sold for $3300...guy put down non-refundable deposit. A week later someone else came by who was also willing to pay $3300...but I explained there was a sale pending. First guy couldn't make it up from VA, second guy decided he wanted a CDI instead (I'm not helping my cause with two perfect CDIs sitting in the driveway! haha). At least I got the deposit...so that's progress.
