You may also want to purchase a product called Nylog to lubricate all o-rings and connections. It's not snake oil. A lot of savvy a/c techs use it. It helps make a long lasting a/c repair.

Typically, o-rings cost in the neighborhood of $1-2 each at your local auto supply house, depending on size.
