Thumbs up you need a hook tool for this...

two thin wire hooks that slide around the cluster to free it from where it is. All you do is pull and it will eventually come out. Once you have it sitting on your steering column, you disconect all the wires on the back (the speedo cable needs to be unscrewed, similar to a garden hose) and you are set.

Be carefull not to scratch the dash with the hooks.
