Rick, you're OK. Be grateful that it works as well as it does. There will always be a little air bleeding thru the defrost ducts. None of those flaps and valves are air tight. Try setting it on auto and selecting a temp around 18 to 20c. It's not Antartica but it will cut down on some of your condensation. BTW welcome aboard..
