To make a long story short:

Vehicles Emissions Tests are the biggest rip-off ever dreamed up by politicians and save-the-earth people.

80 % of all air pollution is caused by industry & 20% supposedly by vehicles.
Would it not make more sense to tackle the gross polluter first?

Btw. did I mention I make my living doing exhaust emissions testing ?
