Got into the dreaded heater core replacement, I am definitely getting too old for this. I was putting the HVAC unit back in and apparently leaned on the ignition switch without realizing it and broke the plastic mount. I am not concerned about the switch as I have owned this thing for 20 years and have gotten pretty good at repairing plastic parts with JB weld. The problem is that when the switch dropped off the steering lock set and I can not get it to release. I tried taking off the part that the switch mounts to and the bolt won't come out. If I can get this thing apart I have no qualms about chucking the steering lock stuff in the trash if it somehow can not be reset I just need to get this thing driveable again as I made the big mistake of giving the car to my granddaughter for a throw away first car and now I am stuck with it.

If anyone knows how this damn thing comes apart I would appreciate any help possible.
