Thanks Raymond. Your experience mirrors mine. The issue I have is there are 2 "controllers" on each headlight. The parts system description doesn't define them clearly enough to know which is the ballast. Anyway, since my spouse is in the hospital I don't have a lot of time on my hands to resolve this. It is going to the dealer next week. They treat me well there (even though I do most on my own work) so I'm willing to trust them with this.
