abalto,
Hate to play devil's advocate but each time I've emailed Superchips they responded back with an individualized message that answered any questions I asked. I fully understand how you feel with the way they treated you though. Guess they just must be getting busy as hell or just plain stupid regarding customer service. Sorry to hear of your bad times with them. At least they did respond. I just dare you to try and get a full, straight, and prompt answer out of Quickchips. Most tuners don't really do chips or do not develop chips to their fullest (why buy a chip when you could buy a bigger dollar upgrade for more money) If you find a chip tuner that has a truly good product and customer service to match let us know...
