My biggest problem was getting one of our dealers to sell me a part, or even talk to me.

I tried calling one of the MB dealers in Milwaukee and the parts dept wouldn't answer the phone. The receptionist was too busy to page anybody and just kept transferring me to Parts (5 times) and their email box was full at their Internet provider, so I guess they don't check their email much....

I called the other dealer in town and talked to someone right away. After explaining what I was looking for, they figured it out and ordered it right up.

Guess which one I going to call next time???? Even though it takes less than half the time to get to the first one.....
