Sorry to hear about the car.
With the basecoat/clearcoat, you're probably looking at a repaint for the affected panels.
Best way to find out cost, is to go to several body shops and get some estimates as prices are going to vary from shop to shop. As a point of reference, I had a nasty scratch in one of my doors a few years ago, and the cost was about $300 CDN to respray the door.
