HELP!! Distributor Vaccum line loose!!
While fiddling with my 77 450 SEL (German model), I found that the RED vaccum line leading from the big valve on distributor is disconnected - not at distributor, but at some other end.
Can you tell me exactly where this goes, what it accomplishes, and how exactly I can get to where I have to reconnect oit?
also: if you could: tell me what probelms, other than fuel spillage, a slightly loose-fitting gas cap can do. I have the original spring-loaded type, and it seems to be getting looser.
