With all those codes specially the crank sensor range code, I would look at wiring damage first. Maybe rats or squirrels attacked it.

With a 0336 code the engine will be severely mistimed for injection and will billow unburnt fuel out the exhaust and sound like marbles when started. The MAF code can be bad wiring or even backwash into the inlet manifold from the breather setup.
