small bushing on rear sway bar link

Hi,

I have a potentital problem with the plastic part going between the hub/disc and the rear sway bar. Looking in fastlane, I can see that it is the rear sway bar link.

The link itself is fine on both sides, connected tightly, and so on. the problem is that the little rubber washer that goes at the ends (its real wide at the outside, and narrow in the inside so the parts can nearly mate) is cracked on each side. Is this something that I can buy? Is it necessary? If I just leave the sway bar link without the rubber parts (or whats left of them), do I risk the chance of the links failing / wearing and dropping the sway bar, or some other bad occurrence?
If they are necessary, I may just have the dealer install new ones, because Im taking it in to get an alignment and the steering wheel set to center on tuesday.
Thanks

JMH
