Im with Larry on this one..

I have driven several MB manual transmission cars and I feel that they shift better than almost any car out there. I have mostly driven C-classes, W210's, and W124's (all in Europe), and in my opinion, I have never felt another car shift like a MB manual does. I have never read a car magazine article saying anything bad about MB manual trannies. I totaly understand how Larry feels about driving MB manuals. Theres a special feel to the MB stick shift that no other car has in my opinion. I call it the "swoosh & click" shift feel. Its about time MB brought the manual tranny back to the U.S., maybe sometime in the near future, they will have a W210 available in manual--just in time before I finish grad school and earn big bucks to buy one. But for now, my 300E suits me well..
