I've now had my 1976 230 for a year. Just got it back after finally finding someone who knows about my Stromberg carb and how to adjust it, but I'd like to know, now, if anyone is familiar with my door locking system.

It seems that when I lock my door, the other door locks (except the passenger side) lock simultaneously, and same when I unlock the driver's side.

Lately, however, the locks don't lock by themselves anymore, they only unlock in unison with the driver's side door.

Is there any way to make these door locks operate like normal car door locks and remain locked or open when left as such?

Frankly, it's a real pain having to lock all four doors individually every time I park the car.
