190D removing the sun visor and panel

It's been a while since I've posted....... Anyway, I've purchased a 1987 190D and I'm considering changing the interior to different color. I have access to a donor 1993 190E and the door panel and other interior parts look brand new. The 93 has electric seats and my car has manual ones. Conversion to electric is not going to happen. Yes I'll leave the switches in the door panel, but their for looks only. As for the seats, sheep skin seat covers will take car of that.

My question is how much of a contortionist do you have to be to change the interior of a car. I'll be doing this over a few days so I have time.

Today I'm going to remove the rear seat back and bench, and the two front door panels.

Other items to come out over the week are:
Center console
trim cowling form the A, B & C pillars
Door trim (should be simple)
Floor mats

Mercedes is a master at hiding fasteners....... I've worked with these on both the 123 and the 126's already, so I'm ready for surprises... How do you remove the interior header panel that houses the curtosy light & sun visors ?
