Still sounds like fuel pressure leakdown to me. Do a fuel pressure test. Test it while running and test it when you shut it down. See if the pressure is droping too quickly when it shuts down. If the pressure gets too low with a hot engine/injectors, the fuel will vaporize causing vapor lock. Engine won't start until pressure is built back up and vapor is expelled.
