I've never ordered or tried their product myself. I do know that their customer feedback and general customer service leaves something lacking. After that I chose not to order. The general chip tuner tricks are to advance the timing a little bit and enrich the fuel mixture a bit. Bump the air/fuel/spark map/rates up to work with 92-93 octane gas is also sometimes used. Anything you order I might suggest dyno-ing your car before and after the installation within the warranty period. If the stated gains are there...great. If not, then you may want to send it back. Let us know how it goes.
