There is no bleed hole, the radiator cap does this function.

Notice that my car is non-supercharged, but most things should look the same.

Drain plug is under the intake manifold -passenger side- to the rear of the engine mount, about the third cylinder back. It looks like a bolt with a nut around it. the bolt is hollow. As you undo the nut the water begins to drain.

Also Haynes makes a manual for these 202 cars, it is a U.K non supercharged version, but it is just about all the help available. www.haynes.co.uk
