I have been periodically replacing the '94 wagon front and rear suspension. Big items are the front ball joints, because the whole control arm is attached costs ~$700, The rear control arm bushings cost about $400, sway bar bushings are cheap, tie rods were cheap, steering shock was cheap, idler arm was cheap (I think, I can't remember). I haven't done any shocks yet. I've read where these cars are designed to have all bushings replaced easily and the result is worth it. I think the article written by Stu Ritter was in a recent issue of the 'Star' magazine from MBCA. Have fun. My wagon has 197,000 miles and drives very well.
