Check under the carpets front and rear. If wet, most likely a windshield seal leak. If equipped with a sun roof, pour a little water down the corner drains and check that it exits thru the A pillars and into the front wheel wells rear drains thru the rear pillars. If the trunk area is dry, the rear window seal is probably OK. Doors can also build up moisture inside if the drains are plugged.
