Sorry to confuse you Larry. I thought most on here now knew IM A BASTARD

In my case my 617 952 is in a Unimog. The air brake compressor and it's belt is not in the way. I have not power steering and no AC compressor in path of the alternator/water pump belt.

buttttt.... some of these same belts I have may be stock and the way the belt travels may still be intact but running different things. Such as what was once the AC compressor belt may well be the belt for my air brake compressor ??

Only thing that looks to be just like the car is (I think) the alternator/water pump but....... ....????????

I'll try to take pics. I do know how to loosen the Unimog Air compressor that is easy. Their is another gizmo, pump, former emissions, what ever thingy on the right side bracketed to the engine with a belt on it too.

I'll look closer and try to get pics tommorw....
