that thing is not attached to anything at the moment. I assumed it was stock and left on as a belt tensioner? would be nice if is the power steering pump cause I want to add hydraulic assit or power steering to this beast eventually. What kind of cap do u mean? A cap to fill it with... hmmmm no I dont think so.
I have not been able to find a car to compare much with. Only one Ive found is the junker I have pulled a few things from that was SMASHED by what looks like was a train, and its been dismantled a bit. Its not a good comaparison.
