You would want to check the engine belt and its adjuster/tensioner while it is out of the car.
Check the cap, wires and rotor .... the air filter ....maybe your's are newer and better?
Check the steering play- at center does it have alot of freeplay? This would also be a perfect (and easy) time to adjust if necessary.
