I took a look at the coating at high mag and couldn't figure out how it's applied. At high mag the tin looked chunky. It didn't look like electrocoat. If I had more time I could probably figure it out, but I can only goof off so much at work. Tin is often applied to contact surfaces for good electrical conductivity, so in some respects, the original fuses have some measure of quality built into them.
