Splash-out on a DVM, you'll never regret spending the $15 or so.

It's then easy to check from the Fuesbox to the Stereo and then to the antenna motor to see where the volts stop.

Once you have localised the problem, chances are an electrical connection has just gone high-resistance....(or maybe fallen off).
