It is rather difficult to answer your questions. Sc. Cal. is a big area and you do not indicate where you are. However I can reccommend Ron"s body shop in Torrance. they do excellent work, and reasonable rates is very subjective. What do you want to pay for the satifaction of quality? they are not "cheap".
