While she's up on a jack, I looked underneath. Axle boots are good, but the bolts are safety-wired in place. Is this original?

Thanks!
Before messing around with diff's and half-shafts/axles, I read up on post from our dutch expert Stretch, 7-8 years ago. This was before my propshaft/shalf-shaft adventures beginning in 2020.
On annular half-shafts (around 1986++), Only ever seen the XZN/triple square bolts or the E12 Torx bolts for the diff-mounting side. Never heard about safety-wires, bu on the other hand heard a great deal about loctite used to secure them. The Febi bolt/boot kit for the w201 typically also come with E12 torx micro-encapsulated (blue) non-curing, but tough, threadlock on them. Before installing the axle bolt, I clean diff threads up with a tap, with respect to the 70 Nm (AFAIK !!) torque for the w201.
