Just thought I would post an update.
I ended up finding the problem. The hose was in 2 pieces to my overflow reservoir. You know the one in the wheel well. It was like the person that had it before me replaced the hose from the expansion tank and just pushed the hose through the hole. They aren't even the same size.

While doing this and testing it, My car still got hot. I then started to hear a hiss and leak ... There was a crack in the seam in the expansion tank right below where the hose fits to goto the overflow reservoir. I hope this helps out someone, cuz it was a pain in the ass for me. The crack was never an issue except here in the AZ summer where ambient temps are 110-115 lately.
