This car has a couple of features I really like - manual AC and fabric upholstery. Other features like the headlight adjuster and no 'unleaded fuel only' label suggest it's a Euro. Any thoughts?

The droopy rear tells me something's really worn or it has a bad hydraulic system. Something I'd be willing to ressurect in a 230CE, not a 280CE.
