bad news, mate. looks like you need a new waterpump.

more recent waterpumps for the 190E have a hose attached to it rather than just a weep hole. This hose connects to the waterpump behind the fan pulley and runs down the face of the timing cover. It allows the coolant to drain to the ground rather than running down the front of the engine.

It makes it far easier to diagnose a waterpump failure because the weep holes are hidden behind the fan pulley.

Waterpumps for this engine are not that expensive ~$100 USD. it just takes a fair amount of work to replace them. Probably about 2-4 hours.
