Try turning the steering wheel from hard lock to lock (with the engine running) to reset the steering angle sensor.
If that doesn't work it is probably just a coincidance as although there are speed sensors on both front and rear wheels, there are no sensors inside the discs. The worst you could have done is damage the handbrake shoe system in the rear axle.
If the steering trick doesn't fix it, you probably need a new stop lamp switch and fault reset (done by workshop).
