Bought 4 tires from the Tire Rack and asked my dealer to mount and balance them using MB wheights. When the job was done, they were not the wheights I requested and I pointed this out to the service guy. Said he would re-do job as requested. When they were done, they said there would be no charge as they thought my time (45 min.) was more valuable to me. Not a bad way to do business.
