I just took off the distributer cap and unpluged the idle and fuel press hose so my hand could easliy get behind there and unscrewed the 4 screws,my god you took the whole A/f off
The POt rotates giving differnt voltage ,I posted it before here
Test pin one and two should be .2-.5v for thr 16v
it super fine adjustments to the pot, I left 3 loose and sorta tighted one so I could move it up and down still and when you find it . it will NOT move.
It is all really fine adjustment now to fine the right idle tricky stuff
