No one has mentioned the safety problem posed by this modification. Doing the 'one touch up' as described poses a very significant safety risk. Cars which come from the factory with one touch up have sensors to reverse the motor if an obstacle (like a child's neck or a dog's snout) is encountered. (The Bergwerks one apparently does come with safety sensors.)

Not to mention the very real legal liability if you sell this car to someone who inadvertantly injures themselves or a passenger ...
