I think Ebays fee's are way out of line for selling cars. There should be a "sliding scale" for cars or anything else that has such a variable value. I sold some utility trailers through Ebay and they go under the same listing as cars!!! Imagine paying $80 to Ebay when the profit on the item averages $150. That said I have bought many items on Ebay, including my MB. I have also bought many items listed on Ebay by contacting the seller after the item either didn't sell or the winner backed out. Yeah, it ain't kosher but they are making plenty of money so I don't really give a rip. When I complained to them about the fee structure all I got was lip service. Autotrader works really well for both national as well as focused searches if you know what you are looking for and where to look. My 2cents.... RT
