I agree. I have gone through this with my CLk, and have been back so many times I lost count. Eventually even the rather lame excuse for a service dept at this dealer was able to replace enough components to quiet the car (almost)
If you leave it until the warranty for "adjustments" runs out (I think 20,000 km) you may be S.O.L.
Sorry to hear there are other that have to go through this frustration, but the only way MB finds out and will do anything about it is if the customers tell them, and are persistant.
