I just removed the OVP again and opened it up to see what was making the ratteling noise inside, and guess what it was? A plastic card that covers the underside of the circuit board! This is completely normal because the card is not mounted or glued in there. It just sits there and is free to move a little bit, so the ratteling noise is NORMAL.

However, after inspecting the circuit board a little closer, it apears to have a few sodder problems at the connections. The new relay should arrive today hopefully.

On the next post-Check out the corrosion from dampness getting inside. This relay did not have a silicon seal around the case like some other relays had that I had pryed open.
