Is the "clicking" related to speed? If so, let's look for the simple solution ... something in the tire tread. Maybe a stone. Or a nail. Years ago, I picked up a clicking after taking a detour for construction. The clicking turned out to be a spike in the inside sidewall of the left rear tire. As the tire revolved, the spike hit a part of the rear axle. (Had to replace the tire.)
