Yes, elbow rest makes sense. Gotta have something to brace it for sharp turns. Particularly when holding a a martini with your prosthetic arm

Any more ideas? This has to be the most peculiar design quirk I've ever struck, and knowing the Germans it won't be there just for frivilous elbow resting. I think it's a manual throttle, but if so, mine's been disconnected.
