Wheel is chrome, the chrome is in pretty good condition. The wheel hops about 8mm up and down. It would be good for a spare or hanging hoses. It is packaged and ready to go. Make me an offer with shipping. Needs to get out of the garage like my other wheels Im selling right now. I got to make room for my BBS wheels which are coming. Mom says I can only have 3 sets of wheels around the house.
