The C43 suspension can be described as very harsh, but I wouldn't call it squirmy. What you sense as squirmy maybe I sense as responsive and agile, I've never felt out of control or lacking in the handling of the car. All cars take some getting used to when driving hard.

The only thing that bugs me about the C43 is the limited availibility of parts (like brakes) that drives the price of maintenence up. I guess you've got to pay to play.
