Seconding Steve's advice, you have to chisel the old bolts out by gradually backing them out. When you put the new tower on, make sure to start the bolts at the same time and run them down evenly a little at a time. Then tighten them down and the allen heads will snap off leaving you with the same "rivet" looking fixtures. Good luck!
