420SEL tranny flare?
For the first week of my school commute, i noticed a lot of tranny flare. Followed stevebfl's advice in a old thread, i adjusted the bowden cable linkage, a little at a time. Now the flaring was gotten better, instead of the motor flaring up to 4-5k rpm during acceleration, it only flares up between 100-500 rpm. Should i check the modulator, replace any rubber fittings and adjust that as well? Could the B2 piston or accumulator spring be bad?
