Yes Yes Yes!!! Those are the new generation 4 ballasts. They are lighter and slimmer. I plan on buying a set like that to install in my fog light housing. I have the generation 3 ballasts. They are a little heavier and wider. Get those Generation 4's, you will be very happy with them.
