I've seen this before where posts are out of synch. I think it has to do with preference settings for the individual users, in other word the wrong time zone is selected. But Bill Wood, the Webmaster, says that they've seen this happen where they know the zones are correct, some sort of a glitch. I wouldn't sweat it too much.

You'd change your time zone by hitting the "user cp" icon, then on the next page hit the "edit options" icon. Scroll half-way down to the "date and Time options" area. Adjust the "Time offset" to the area you are in.
