I helped a friend put on the drivers side head on his 5 liter engine. After we got the head back on, the car would run very rough, like missing a cylinder. After some checking we pulled the fuel injectors and found there was a continous spray, it was so bad that it hydra locked the engine. We could not turn the crank until we pulled the spark plugs.
We have replaced the fuel distributor with a used one, but are still having the same problem. Fuel pressure is around 120psi with the return blocked off.
Any ideas would be great.
