Meguiar's wheel cleaner or P21S will work for a tire that is basically clean. (not suffering any armor all, son-of-a-gun, etc or severe neglect of past cleaning) If you have some stubborn grime or just want to make the best of it Bleach-White tire cleaner or Simple Green should take care of it. Either of those are VERY harsh so keep them clean of the tender clearcoat on the wheel itself.
