I have used Armor All on the dashboard of my 83 240D since new. The car has spent more than half of its life out of a garage(at night and during work). I thought the reason the dashboard didn't crack was the weekly applications of Armor All. Now I use Lexol products. But only because I don't like the super shine Armor All gives and not because of any problems.
